The
Action Pledge Action Antenna was established in 1959 with
the pledge that we would provide, to our customers, nothing less than the highest quality
merchandise, service, and workmanship, to insure that they would receive the maximum in customer satisfaction.
For each of the succeeding
years since we were established in 1959, we have renewed this pledge. In an ever changing electronics field, we strive to apply the knowledge and experience we have gained to continue to place our customers’ satisfaction as our NUMBER
ONE priority. We feel that to be on the leading edge, you must be a leader.
Still today, just as in 1959, top quality and service is our primary concern, anything less is unacceptable for our customers. It should always be remembered that -
the dissatisfaction with poor quality and poor service lasts a lot longer
than the satisfaction of obtaining a low price.
